If you are interested in the trip, please read through the participant guide and fill out the application.  Applications, along with the $100 deposit, can be turned in to trip leaders or dropped in the Guatemala mailbox in the Grace Staff workroom.

Casa del Rey is owned by a Not for profit Organization (Missions Frontier, Inc.).  Located on 10 beautiful mountain acres in Chichicastenango, the Casa del Rey overlooks the Guatemalan highlands & the most famous native market in all of Central America.

The Chichicastenango Market is the largest Indigenous artist market in all of Central America. Market is held Thursdays and Sundays.

Lake Atitlan is a 2.5 hour drive from Guatemala City, or 45 minute drive from Chichicastenango. Surrounded by volcanoes, it has been called the most beautiful lake in the world.  Take a boat across the lake and travel to villages known for their pottery and artistry. Swim in the lake, enjoy the natural hot springs, visit a nature preserve and zip lines.

Antigua, once the original capital of Guatemala, is located approximately 45 minutes from Guatemala City.  Along with its European feel, it is known for its Ancient Spanish ruins, Spanish colonial architecture, coffee plantations, fabulous shopping, dining, and hotels.

Rob & i would love to go on this mission trip. Just need to get finances organized … Also have to get to Grace first from Australia.
